15 y.o. male, with typical simple partial and complex partial fits of temporal semiology. Seizures occasionally controlled by AED, recently pharmacoresistant.
EEG - showed traces of left-temporal-region slow wave activity with seldom sharp waves.
MRI revealed MTLE picture
He was operated on May 2006 - Yassargil mode AHT, he had some seizures for 1 year after surgery, than seizures stopped
