15 y.o. female, with clinical symptoms of West sydromes. Multiple infantile spasms during day. Followed by polimorphic seizures. None of AED effective, seizures 3-4 a day since early infancy.
EEG - variant of hypsarytmia
MRI - multilobar dysplasia of right hemisphere
She was operated on Oct 2008 - multilobar resection guided by ECoG. Since than seizure reduction by 75%.
Pathology - prominent dysplasia of right hemisphere, many atrophic and asphyxic neurons
