To reproduce figures from the paper "Computationally efficient approaches to calculating significant ERD/ERS changes in the time-frequency plane" by Zygierewicz et al. run script make_tf_figures.m in Matlab.
Figures should be produced in dir. "fig".
Directory DATA contains the example datasets EEG (prawahj12)  and ECoG (pt_new_3640_filt_150.ch.36)
Warning: Generating MP figures requires ~2GB free disk  space.
