Description:

Automatic detection of EEG artifacts in polysomnographic recordings, based upon separate parametrization of several artifact types. Matlab code with graphical user interface. Input formats: EDF, EASYS, raw integers. Output: *.tag (DDV) or simple ASCII with references to artifact-contaminated epochs. Archive contains also library for handling *.tag files (for DDV viewer) in Matlab.
