Description:

This set of Matlab(r) scripts reproduces results and figures from the paper "Adaptive time-frequency parametrization of epileptic EEG spikes". To complete this task you will need to download the datasets from http://republika.pl/eegspike, into the subdirectory "data" (currently empty), and: 1. Copy the files s31.txt-s37.txt into the subdirectory "sync" 2. Run the script "cut1024.m" from the main directory -- this will create the datasets in subdirectory "data1024", made of first 1024 point of the original epochs. This is done to adjust to the way of presenting results and counting spikes in http://republika.pl/eegspike. When all the datasets are in place, script "spikes.m" reproduces the detection, and "go_figs.m" displays figures 2-6. Scripts "fig1.m" and "fig2.m" in subdirectory "sim" reproduce simulations from Figures 1 and 2.
